While we endeavour to provide patients with a courtesy reminder for their appointments, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember the appointment time. Our practice requires 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a fee charge.
Fees are calculated after assessing a patient’s individual needs and the clinical time required.
An estimate for the treatment plan will usually be provided during a consultation or examination. This estimate is subject to change, during the course of treatment, due to radiographic or other clinical findings. In such circumstances, you will be informed before the treatment.
Patients are required to pay a deposit for the treatment discussed in the consultation, prior to the commencement of treatment. The balance can be paid when arriving at the practice for the treatment or anytime prior to completion.
Fees for any treatments that require laboratory work require a full balance to be paid at the appointment, when the impressions are taken.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards or bankers drafts. We do not accept cheques.
Please note this fee guide is not exhaustive and prices may vary depending on the complexity of the treatment after a comprehensive examination has been carried out by one of our dentists.
