Dr Abubakar Baana (AB) graduated from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London (Barts and The London) in 2021 and has since focused his career on advanced restorative and endodontic dentistry.
He has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics and has developed a particular clinical interest in complex root canal treatment and comprehensive restorative cases. Dr Baana works closely with referring colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care and detailed communication at every stage.
Known for his meticulous approach and calm precision under magnification, he prioritises preservation of natural tooth structure wherever possible, combining evidence-based protocols with refined clinical technique.
He has also completed Part 1 of the MFDS qualification with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and remains committed to ongoing postgraduate education, continually advancing his skills in complex case management.
Outside of clinical practice, he is a devoted father, tech whizz, an avid runner, and regularly travels internationally to provide dental care to underserved communities, reflecting a longstanding commitment to service beyond the surgery.
